We stayed for two nights in this hotel in Ikebukuro, and the room was great. The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating, and they helped us with all our inquiries. The bed was very comfortable, but travelers with lots of baggage might have a hard time in certain rooms as it’s a business hotel and rooms tend to be on the small size. I wouldn’t still change anything from this property, it’s great value for money and once again, the staff were 10/10!

The staff at the reception desk was really helpful. We wanted to drop off luggage before check in and they were happy to help. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom was great. There was a larger garbage bin for recycling and a microwave in a common area on one of the floors.

The location is very strategic and in the center city. Really close to the MRT station. The price is cheap and equal with the room facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful

This room is affordable and good price for solo traveler or couple i think it’s ok too but for family i not recommended becoz the room is soo narrow..but bathroom still in room..for overall this tabist hotel it ok better then capsul room or dorm..

Nice location, enjoyed the view from window, nice sized bed for one person. Friendly staff who try their best even though they dont speak english very well

Great location, easy to get to from the main station. Within walking distance of all the big draws in Ikebukuro. Lots of toiletries if you forget anything. They give a gift of bath salt or sleep mask, but you won't need the mask since the window has a shutter.

Great facilities, free toiletries, fresh towels everyday if wanted, microwave, kettle and fridge. Great Japanese toilet and bath in room.

Easy to get to from Ikebukuro Station, aircon in the room was fantastic. Great shower/bathroom and very helpful and friendly staff.
